What is with all of the penguins?

Whether you have known us for years, or you are just getting to know us, this is the question we get asked more than anything. When Brian and I were still dating, I told him that he was my penguin because penguins mate for life. When he proposed, he found a ring box with penguins on it. At our wedding, we had a guest book with penguins on it. We have collected penguins ever since. Every time we see something that has penguins, we want to buy it. Also, friends and family have also gifted us with penguin items. When we got pregnant with Kent, we said he is our baby penguin. After he passed, we had a baby penguin on the funeral program, and we chose a baby penguin to put on his headstone. We already talked about the penguin my mom gave me at Kent's baby shower, who is named Kent the Penguin. We also decorate Kent's grave with penguin themed flags. We have even got to feed penguins at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, and we recently went there to see the new baby penguin. We love penguins! We always miss our baby penguin, and all of our children will be our baby penguins, whether through adoption or biological.
